Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date of the product.

Return Conditions

• Product unused and in original condition
• Original packaging intact with all tags
• Include all accessories and manuals
• Proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Products

• Customized or modified products
• Personal hygiene items (used resistance bands, etc.)
• Products damaged by misuse

Return Process

2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization (RMA)
4. Pack the product securely
5. Ship using your preferred method

Refunds

• We process refunds within 5-10 business days
• Refund is made to original payment method
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
